Ehitusfirma Rand ja Tuulberg AS and Vallikraavi Kinnisvara AS signed a construction contract to build an apartment building at Ümera 28b, Tallinn. There will be 8 floors in the apartment building. As the heating and ventilation system used in this building is very modern, it helps to provide a healthy and comfortable indoor climate.
