In the urban space, the Delta Centre is located on the banks of the Emajõgi River in a triangle between Narva Road and Ülejõe Park. From all sides of the building a new perspective opens up. The main entrance area to the building is covered with natural stone slabs. The parking area is articulated with green strips and areas and landscaped with tall vegetation. The courtyard has been designed to create a homely and simple environment with planting and benches with wooden surfaces. The outdoor space of the building is designed in harmony with the river and the park.
