The incubator is essentially an office building with a simple layout, designed to provide space for (start-up) companies of different sizes in the field. The building, which stands next to the film studio with its architecturally extremely simple form and square floor plan, is clad in a minimalist, mirrored glass façade to reflect the preserved woodland and divides its volume into a series of mirror images. A free-form canopy at the entrance and the roof terrace in the sauna room add spice to the mirrored ceiling. An outdoor café area will be extended to the south and east of the incubator during the warmer seasons to accommodate outdoor furniture.
