The Narva Industrial Incubator (NTI) building will be built according to the concept of a stock office – a multifunctional commercial space that allows tenants to combine all their business processes and departments in one place: production, warehouse, office, sales office, showroom. In addition to loading bays and a production hall with parking, each company will have its own auxiliary facilities: offices, changing rooms, showers, toilets, rest and dining areas.
