The building has an outstanding design and corresponds to the high modern-day standards such as the BREAAM certificate and energy class A. It additionally features excellent parking spaces around the building. Eye-catching blue tones have been used in the fa\u00e7ade\u2019s lighting solution. The building is located at a 15-minute drive from Tallinn city centre with excellent access via P\u00e4rnu road and Tallinn roundabout. The building has been designed for tech and vehicle businesses.
