The incubator is essentially an office building with a simple layout, designed to provide space for (start-up) companies of different sizes in the field. The building, which stands next to the film studio with its architecturally extremely simple form and square floor plan, is clad in a minimalist, mirrored glass fa\u00e7ade to reflect the preserved woodland and divides its volume into a series of mirror images. A free-form canopy at the entrance and the roof terrace in the sauna room add spice to the mirrored ceiling.
