MISSION

The cornerstone to our success is partnership with the client.

We know that circumstances and needs may change during the planning and construction process. We are prepared for this, and we are always there to assist. We listen. We consider your needs. And we will find the best solutions. Because we believe that good cooperation during construction ensures the highest quality.

VISION

The desire to constantly improve ourselves and our work processes means that we are not just going with the flow – we can also see ahead.

In 2020, the energy-efficiency requirements for buildings shall change significantly. We want to be at the forefront of these changes and give momentum to other constructive innovations in the field.

TRUST

We act honestly and transparently. And don’t make promises we don’t intend to keep. Our wealth of experience is proof we can deliver what we promise.

Uuendustele Suunatus

We use tech innovations to make construction more productive and sustainable.

HIGH-QUALITY

Our quality is built on strong competence and work commitment. Scandinavian high standards and thoroughness help us exceed expectations.

Paindlikkus

Change is part of the process. Our design and construction processes are built to be responsive to customer wishes. As they shift, we adjust to resourcefully solve even the most complex tasks.

SAFETY

Construction is serious business. And our people are our greatest asset. Their occupational safety is our top priority.

The construction industry has one of the largest environmental footprints.

It’s time for us to face this. Our sustainability vision needs to be more than a technical document for large companies to fill in. It needs to be a vision for a better future.

In the next three years, we plan to stand out with clear, distinct brand language and strategy — with a green mindset being a supporting pillar.

To Raivo Rand and Aivar Tuulberg, the newly independent Estonia was the place to forget the old and embrace a new way of thinking. With an ambitious team, they created one of the most impactful companies of South-Estonia — Rand&Tuulberg Group.

Our values-based approach enabled us to build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and employees. Today, we’re a major developer in Estonia and have expanded into the Scandinavian market. Our stable growth and strong results lie in our willingness to tackle bigger and more complex projects. All supported by a strong partner network, unrivaled work ethic, innovative approaches — and now over 30 years of experience.

Here’s a look at what we’ve accomplished so far.
