Merivälja Realestate OÜ will develop a modern centre on the property at Merivälja tee 33, which will offer approximately 4,500 square metres of rental space for commercial and medical services. 107 parking spaces are planned for the centre, ensuring convenient parking for visitors. The building’s commercial space is mainly targeted at medical businesses and services supporting the provision of medical services. Our aim is to create a comprehensive and modern centre that meets the needs and expectations of all medical service providers. The new building is expected to be completed in 2025. in the summer of 2009.
