Turu Business Building, completed in summer 2008, offers open and bright commercial and office space. The commercial building consists of two separate buildings of different heights, connected by an underground car park. The taller six-storey building is mostly covered with a glass façade. The higher building is given dynamism by the 3rd to 6th floor. a cantilevered “nose” with a triangular plan on the ground floor. The lower building is two storeys high and has a flat roof. Between the two buildings, there will be a walkway almost seven metres wide with a 40-space bicycle parking area. There are three car parks on the site – a 33-space car park on the Turu Street side, a 28-space car park on the Sassi Street side, and an underground car park with parking for 110 cars. In total, there are 171 parking spaces on the plot.
